Are you looking to test for a pathogen that is not on our large molecular diagnostic testing menu? Let us know and we can create it for you.

Due to our laboratory director’s decades of extensive experience in the development of diagnostic assays, our lab has the ability to develop and validate new RT-PCR test assays upon request. As an example, per the request of a practitioner in Arizona, our lab developed an RT-PCR-based assay for Valley fever (coccidioides) and was able to help confirm the doctor’s suspicion as to what was causing the patient’s infection.
